Given the expansion of the Group and increasingly diverse range of disciplines and services offered by the company the Board of Directors now believe that the time is right to launch a Graduate programme. The company working closely with the major Universities and Colleges will actively seek to recruit one new graduate each year in each of the key disciplines. The selected individuals will be given bespoke induction programmes that aim to fast track their training, responsibilities and progression through the company.
Chief Executive Paul Thompson remarked:
"This is an important new initiative that the Group Board has launched, we will be seeking the best graduate in their year and for those chosen training will be second to none. We are looking for the best and most importantly want to retain the best within the Group for the long-term success of the company. Unlike many Graduate programmes this is not about sourcing cheap intelligent labour that is worked hard on minimal salary and considered a disposable asset after a few years. We consider those we selected to be our investment for the future."
