Marishal Thompson employs a team of in-house designers and developers to build and maintain their web presence and extranet applications. Through our in-house team of developers, Marishal Thompson has developed a number of extranet applications to enable us to track our jobs from instruction to completion and beyond.
Our designers ensure that our web presence is not only professional, relevant and attractive, but also that its content is available to everybody by sticking with worldwide accessibility guidelines. The font size of our web content can be changed using the settings in your web browser, it isn't fixed like other websites, so users with poor sight can read our content easily. Our pages are laid out in simple markup so people using screen readers (software that speaks the content of the website out loud) are not confused with erroneous text.
Our extranet solutions uses a standard web browser - just like the one you're using now - to interact with an application over a 128bit encrypted SSL connection; this enables our consultants to access the system securely from anywhere in the world, including on-site through the use of tablet PCs. Because the whole system is stored on a central server, any updates we make to the software go live straight away, there's no need to roll out software updates to our users.
We can now offer these facilities to you. Our development team will analyse your current system and work with you to design, build and maintain a bespoke extranet solution or web presence to cover your every need.
